At Truthful Doula, Hollie knows that equipping you with real information allows you to be empowered through your birthing process. She offer various classes to help educate you on the various components of giving birth. She also offers additional support after your baby has arrived!

**Birth Prep Consult**

  • A one-hour virtual consultation to use as you wish. We can create your birth plan, discuss questions or concerns, and review what to expect at a hospital, birth center, or home birth.

**Coaching Package**

  • Two prenatal visits: Includes a detailed discussion with you and your support person to create your birth plan and address any questions or concerns about the birth.

  • Phone and text support throughout your pregnancy.

  • One postpartum visit: I'll bring a nutritious snack that I baked, along with optional belly binding. We will discuss your birth experience and address any issues related to feeding, etc.
