Birth Doula

Monmouth County, NJ - Hollie Williams, LMT

Let’s start with the basics.

What does Hollie offer?

Birth support is about more than simply being there on the day your baby arrives. Hollie provides knowledgable, hands on support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period - so you can feel prepared, confident, calm, and supported every step of the way.

Before Birth

Personalized birth preparation

Hollie will get to know you, your hopes, your concerns, and what matters most to you about your birth. Together, you’ll talk through your options and create a plan that feels right for you.

Birth preferences and Education

Rather that simply handing you a birth plan template, Hollie helps you understand your choices so you can make informed decisions through out your pregnancy and birth.

Labor prep

You’ll learn practical comfort measures, positions, breathing, and relaxation techniques, and ways your partner can support you in labor.
