Led by an experienced birth doula, these classes combine evidence-based education with real-life tools you can actually use in labor.

You’ll leave class feeling informed, empowered, and ready.

Feeling overwhelmed about what to do once baby is here?! You will learn the newborn basics about - feeding, safe sleep practices, diapering, knowing when to call the pediatrician, and more!

$150 per class or $280 for both
